By registering or using Bisful, Inc, you concur to the terms and conditions of the service and you agree to act fairly and truthfully to ensure a reliable buying and selling experience. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement, you may not use the service.
About you
- 1.You must be over 18 and meet our requirements to register for and maintain an account.
- 1.1.We treat all actions under an account to be those of the registered user. You may not use the service or your account on behalf of any other person.
- 2.You must provide the correct information to Bisful, Inc. at all times and you are responsible for updating any changes to your information.
- 3.You must provide accurate information to the buyer or potential buyer at all times
About your conduct
- 1.Do not attempt to abuse another seller or affect their ratings
- 2.Do not attempt to influence the feedback, or reviews from customers.
- 2.1.You may ask for reviews from customers and request feedback in an unbiased way, but you may not ask customers to write only positive reviews or ask them to remove negative reviews.
- 3.Do not send unsolicited communications to customers
- 4.Do not attempt to circumnavigate the buyer-seller process implemented by Bisful, Inc.
- 4.1.You may not attempt to divert customers to another website and you may not provide links to any external websites.
- 5.You must only contact customers through Bisful, Inc.
- 6.If you receive customer information such as addresses or phone numbers, you may use that information only for the purpose to which it was intended and it must be deleted after the order has been processed.
Acceptable Use
- 1.You will at all times adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the service provided by Bisful, Inc.
- 2.You are accountable for all losses relating to an unauthorized transaction from your account if you have acted dishonestly or failed, either intentionally or through negligence, to use your account per the terms of this agreement.
About our role
- 1.We do not guarantee any profit from selling through our website but we will promote and market the products you list.
- 2.There is no set up charge or monthly fee.
- 3.There is no charge for listing your products on our website, but we will deduct a very reasonable charge on each sale you make.
- 4.Bar our restricted role in handling payments for you, we are not involved in any fundamental sales matter between any seller and buyer. You authorize us to hold, receive, and disburse monies in accord with your payment directives. In this capacity, we are neither the buyer nor the seller of the items you offer and are not a party to the sales contract.
- 5.We will not arbitrate disagreements between buyers and you or implement the execution of any sales contract. You are the seller of record for all sales via our service.
We may review your account for any purpose, including to examine any claimed breach of this agreement or any third-party complaints.
Our expectations
- 1.All service to customers must be prompt and courteous
- 2.You must acknowledge an order request within 4 hours
- 3.A customer query should be responded to within 24 hours
- 4.Your customer service email address must always be accurate
- 5.Packages should all be shipped with a valid package tracking number
- 6.Orders must be shipped in brand neutral packaging
- We reserve the right to suspend or end our services to any person or close the account of any person, at any time for any reason.
